This agreement governs your use of 「Flight Plan Reader」. By installing or using this tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Service

The tool parses pilot release packages (.efbFPP) entirely on your own device and displays flight plan, route, fuel, weather and NOTAM information. No server-side processing is provided.

2. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use on your own devices. Reverse engineering, decompiling, reselling, or any unlawful use is prohibited.

3. Restrictions and responsibility

• The tool is for personal reference only and does not constitute operational advice.
• Output must not be used for operational decisions and does not replace the company EFB, dispatch release process, or SOPs.
• You must independently verify all safety-related data against official company sources.
• Packages contain crew personal data — never upload them to any online service or third-party tool.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the tool's name, interface, and code belong to the developer. Ownership of package files and their contents remains with their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes and termination

Changes will be posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
